What Causes Pain And Swelling In The Leg Along With Charley Horses?
Hi, I am having a lot of problems with my left leg , I have swelling throughout my leg and sometimes painful when I lean on my left side it hurts and very uncomfortable. I have Charlie horses. I have had an mid done. And a venous deficit test done. My Dr. Wants me to go for a spray of the lower back. Do you have any answers

Charlie horses are due to potassium defeciency.Treatment is to tak9e potassium rich food like banana and plenty of vegetables.Drink 3 to 4 litres of water.Go for walk regularly.Whenever u get cramps stretch ur leg or ank9le in opposite direction for relief.You didnt mentioned about ur reports.If the root cause is from ur back then follow that treatment.
