Over a week ago my right knee began to hurt, next a good bit of swelling on the inside og the knee. No injury or other activity that I could figure out to cause it. After 3-4 days the pain moved half way down my calf along with the swelling, considerable amount of pain at that point, Muscle was tight either from the swelling or possibly pulled. 3 days ago it moved further down and is now at my ankle area. No pain associated around the ankle, pain in my calf is still uncomfortable and there is a nagging ache in my knee. there is no dark bruising, not keeping me from walking, just achy. I walk 3-5 miles 4 days a week, I have no real medical issues. This seems odd to me and since it is moving, I have gotten concerned.
