What Causes Pain And Swelling In The Feet?
Earlier this week my left foot the top of it swelled it was painful but I didn t have an injury today the top of my left hand is swollen around and between the knuckles it s painful and causes my entire arm to hurt it fteels like pockets of fluid painful to touch what could this be? History of Israel arthritis feet and legs hurt all the time but hadn t seen this before

I do understand your concern
With such a presentation in my clinic, I would first rule out any parasitic infection like filariasis or any other bacterial infection and for which I may suggest you a full blood count [CBC]test and if confirmed you will be given medication for it.
If normal test result comes then rule out Gout by doing a Uric acid test from blood.
