What Causes Pain And Swelling In The Feet Of A Diabetic?

Hi My name is shweta. My mom is a diabetic dialysis patient. As doctor suggested us dropler test as her right feet was swelling earlier n extreme paining now her left leg towards knees it paining untolerable and swelling is also there. kindly suggest something doctor gave her citirazine. still no improvements.

Well cetrizine will not have any effect on pain . The pain in her knee joint with swelling could be infection in joint which needs an x ray. Her foot pain could be because of nerve problem secondary to diabetes .
Ask your doctor for a prescription of pregabalin .That will help in pain management. Also get x ray as advised.
