What Causes Pain And Swelling In The Elbow After Daily Activity?
My 14 yr old son was recently diagnosed with a stress reaction injury in his elbow from playing baseball. Non-impact injury. He has not been throwing for 2 months but still has swelling and some pain from every day activities. Dianosis was made from MRI. Just concerned that after 60+ days the he is still experiencing pain and swelling from normal daily activity.

I really appreciate your concern, chances of soft tissue inflammation is very likely and this may cause the pain for pretty long time but later or sooner this would be fine soon, analgesic medicine can be tried if pain is unbearable else this is nothing to worry, hope this information helps, take care.
