What Causes Pain And Swelling In The Abdomen After Gallbladder Removal?

Hi, i had my gallbladder and pheochromocytoma tumor both removed by key hole at the same time 3 weeks ago im still getting severe gallbladder pains and where my bladder is, is slightly swollen and very tender and painful and the pain and tenderness goes from my bladder down the left side of my lady area just wondering if it s a bladder infection? I went to doctors last week and no UTI was found but he still put me on antibiotics two a day for 3 days and I m no better! Any advice would be great as I m constantly thinking what it could be I am going to go back to the doctors Monday but they don t seam to know what is what with me so might go on Saturday to hospital out of hours. Thank you in advance
