What Causes Pain And Stiffness In Lower Back?
I am a fifty one year old women .i have been experiencing pain on my lower back same place all the time. When I sleep on my stomach I have bad body aches,when I sleep on my back I am fine. Also i noticed when sitting upright or standing up I am fine .laying down I feel stiffness and pain. What can this be? My health is great I keep active . Please help

I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms could be due to pelvic inflammatory disease (PID) as a matter of fact this need to be ruled out till then you can managed the pain with "Tab Diclofenac 50 mg once in day" try to have rest as long as it is possible better to get done the MRI test, hope this information helps, take care.
