What Causes Pain And Pressure In Lower Abdomen During Intercourse?
I just had a total mastectomy in November - 2 small cancer tumors - early - no treatments. I have one ovary and my cervix left. Started feeling pain with intercourse and pressure in lower abdomen. Had an ultrasound - haven t heardback from that reading yet but the technician saw a cyst - 3.8 cm - I m worried about cancer. I had my left ovary removed a year ago because of a cyst.

You should get a contrast enhanced CT scan of the abdomen done to look for any metastases.
