What Causes Pain And Pressure In Head While Inhaling Hard Through Nose?
When I inhale hard through my nose my head hurts as well as my nose and it feels like continuous pressure, I don t know what this means. I did go bridge jumping and I don t know if that has anything to do with it or if it s even anything to worry about.

The symptoms can be related to a sinus infection. I suggest using an anti-inflammatory medications such as Ibuprofen to relieve the symptoms. I also suggest using a steroid nasal spray for local application. A humidifier at home can be very helpful.
