General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

All the symptoms come from the degenerative disease she has. It is a bit earlier for her young age but MRI is highly accurate on showing spinal problems.

The pinched nerve comes as a result of the spondylitis she has and leads to all symptoms.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
