What Causes Pain And Numbness In The Hand?

my left hand goes numb when I m asleap, several times a night, and it takes about 15 minutes moving the hand to get rid of the feeling of pins and needles in my hand, lately it happens but also the hand feels very painful. Only happens on the left hand and only at night while asleap.

Hi,

Your symptoms seem to be related to a pinched nerve. I suggest you use anti-inflammatory drugs such as Aspirin, Ibuprofen, or Naproxen. If you don't get better you should use oral corticosteroids.
