Hello
Welcome to Health care Magic.

I reviewed your history.
It seems from the history that you are having pain, dizziness, nausea following head injury. These symptoms indicate concussion brain injury and require evaluation by neurological examination and CT scan to find out the same and assess severity and treatment accordingly.

Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.

Hope this is helpful to you.
Do write back to me for further questions.

Thank you
