What Causes Pain And Lump Inside The Vagina While Using Tampon?

so, i just started my period today but ive been having achy pain in my area and while putting a tampon in, i felt a lump inside me. Barely pressing it hurts. I m concerned that maybe I might be spotting and could possibly be pregnant. What should I do?

A painful lump in the vagina could probably be a mass to be investigated or just an infection.You could be on your menses or may be the spotting is from the lump.Pregnancy will not give you a lump in the vagina.I advice you see a Gynecologist for examination.
