What Causes Pain And Lump In Throat While Breathing?

Just in the last couple hours I have had a slight pain when I breathe in my lower throat. Swallowing is alright but it feels like a lump in my throat that won t go away. The pain is centralized in the part of my throat that is indented just before the collar bone.
