It appears as though you ciuld be suffering from an infection which explains your presentation. I would recommend reporting to a doctor for a urine analysis, vaginal swab test and a physical examination along with laboratory investigations to help confirm the diagnosis.

In the meantime, please make sure you avoid sexual contact in all forms and concenrrate on personal hygiene a little more than usual until the infection is treated completely.
