What Causes Pain And Internal Soreness With Diarrhea?

I woke up this morning with pain and internal soreness on my left side. At times the pain came through to the front and hurts alot it could last a couple of days at a time. I noticed for the last while back that I am very windy and I when I gofor my usual walk I get short taken and end up with diahorrea. Can you please tell me what is causing this problem.

diarrhea is inflammation of large intestine there are five signs of inflammation I.e. pain, heat, redness, swelling and loss of function. pain is due to inflammation
