I recently hit my head and experienced a strange set of symptoms a few days later...my right foot turned hot and red (with the left foot experiencing the same symptoms) felt hot inside each foot and on the skin, dull discomfort which turned into sharp pain in only the right ankle. As the pain climbed up the right leg there was discomfort that felt like it was going to turn into a cramp but didn t cramp, which then shot up into my hip and the hip had a sharp pain, like the ankle had experienced. Then the right breast was sore suddenly, feeling as if it were being squeezed. Then I had some pain in the right chest area, with the feeling like I was having a hard time breathing, but only on the right side of my chest as I noticed that the left lung seemed to be fine. From that point, I experienced a sharp pain in the left side of what I can best determine was the parietal region of my head, inside the skull. The entire experience lasted 15-20 minutes.
