What Causes Pain And Discomfort In The Legs?

Hi...I m 53 years old female,I have serious heaviness and pain in both my legs..no strength at all..specially when I ve been sitting or driving for a long time...my knees get swollen and at night I have a weird sensation in my legs that keep me moving them all the time..can t relax.

As pain in leg and swelling in the knee joint at the age of 53 is likely to be osteoarthritis.
prolonged work to the knee and leg muscle will obviously lead to discomfort and painful spells in the night.

in women after post menopause calcium deficiency will be key issues for the weakness of the lower limb.
kindly visit an orthopedic expert to investigate properly and get the treatment as well.
