What Causes Pain And Discomfort Between The Jaw And Shoulders?

My 82 year old mother has pain, discomfort between her jaw and shoulder on her right side. She takes medication for a heart condition. Her pulse is uneven. She is in good health otherwise. She has recently been getting short of breath when walking her dogs uphill.

she might be having Angina,Angina may present in such way,Get her stress echo or TMT done,do not let her exert or walk on uphill
