Hello and welcome to HCM,
Pain in chest during breathing suggests pleural pain.
Pleural pain is caused by inflammation of the pleura, which is a covering of the lungs.
Is there history of infection of the respiratory tract?
I suggest you to consult a chest specialist for clinical assessment and relevant investigations.
Pleural inflammation is sometimes associated with accumulation of fluid in the pleural space.
This collection of fluid in pleural space can be viewed on ultrasound of chest.
If there is no evidence of fluid collection, symptomatic treatment for pleural inflammation may be given.
Treatment of underlying cause is actually required to treat the condition.
Thus, consult a chest specialist for clinical assessment, investigations and thus management.

Thanks and take care
