Hey I am very concerned right now about my heart, I am very used to working out every 2 days, and just about 4 days ago I was laying on my back and started hearing a click at the rate of my heart coming from m y chest, next day i went for a training session but couldnt pull it off my heart was burning and i got unusually out of breath later that day i couldnt sleep on my left side, it was in pain, the next day i started feeling pain in my heart at every breath i took the click is still there whenever i sleep on my left side, and my left shoulder, torso and ribs were in pain, at night i started burping waay to much but ii felt a little bit better, and today everything is back to normal but iam still constantly burping and my heart feels kind of ill whenever i caugh or laugh, is it my heart? or gas? or both..?
