What Causes Pain And Burning In Upper Back Muscles?

I have erythema ab igne across my upper back due to prolonged heating pad use. I have since discontinued the use of the heating pad. It has been weeks and my back still looks the same, brownish-grey net all over the top of back. My problem is that my upper back muscles are always in knots and burning so I am REALLY missing the heat. Any suggestions? I have not seen any doctor about my condition.

Well come to HCM
The best way to come out of this condition would be just do nothing and time would be best medicine just wait for some time and this would be fine, even if this does not comes to normal one then you can use, Silversulfadizine cream, even after this lesion is still there then it may need clinical examination, hope this information helps, take care.
