I have pain evey time I have a bowel movement. Occasionally there is a bit of blood (one time a lot). I made a doctor visit and he did an exam, but found nothing unusual, and is making an appointment with a specialist. The pain may last from 2 hours to the rest of the day. It varies in severity, today not to bad, but occasionally it's completely dibilitating. This has been ongoing for about five months now. Movements are regular (one/two per day) and the stool seems normal, except it's exceptionally sticky. Very difficult to get clean wiping. If possible I follow with a shower. I take a hot bath with epson salts most nights before bed, but I seem to be getting no better.
