What Causes Pain And Bloating In The Abdomen?

I am a 47 year old male. I have been having stomach and intestinal problems on and off for a while now. My symptoms are gas, bloat, cramping, pain on left side, have to use the bathroom 30 minutes after eating and when I first wake up in the morning. If I am worried about something, stressed have to go more often. Always loose or watery stool. Any thoughts? always loose or watery stool

This is an irritable bowel symptoms,,you should eat a lot of fibers and drink much of water and take something antispasmodic like spasmodigestin or colona tab.
