What Causes Pain And Bleeding While Urinating?

started having pain when urinating towards the end of it as if cutting pain in vaginal area with bright red blood stain. I have seen my primary doctor and tested my urine showed 1+ but did not give me any treatment. Now having urgency and frequency urination and pain

Hi, I think it can be due to some urine infections. Get a urine routine and microscopy and a culture done. Drink around 4 litres of water per day and take some urine alkaliser. You may need some antibiotics according to the culture reports.
