What Causes Pain And Black Spots In Ear?

hello, i have been to see my GP today about my painful ear..she examined it and could see black spots, i explained it was so very painful yesturday(thurs), starting to hurt on tuesday evening..My GP sent me to ENT who also saw the spots and something she's never seen before!!..after washing it out with a syringe went to get a second opinion, no one available as by now it was 7.30 friday eve...she will speak with another and call me in the morning..i have been given ear drops Sofradex.,It's only my right ear. any ideas? please

Hi.
This black spot can be a Melamona or a hematoma. The is more in favor of hematoma, as someone might have put some instrument in it.
This can also be stuck wax or a foreign body. I would advise to have a coverage of an antibiotic and anti-inflammatory medicines and await the results and response.
This also can be due to trauma.
