General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As the amount of pain is significant and history of decompression surgery over back, neurologic cause is definite and secondary consideration of avascular necrosis of hip joint. In both of the instances, an MRI of the hip is a must with lower lumbo sacral region to look into greater details for the cause and management guidelines ahead.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
