What Causes Pain Above Belly Button?
I am having pain above my belly button in the middle of my body. If the pain gets really bad it feels like it radiates to my back on both sides. I can t stand up straight or lean backwards . When I lay flat on my back that tends to help. I am also having diarrhea.

Belly pain with diarrhea can be caused by a viral infection. You will need to drink plenty of fluids and oral rehydration solutions and try to rest as possible. If you are not better in 2-3 days or you are any worse, a visit with the doctor is needed.
