What Causes Ovarian Cyst And Pelvic Congestion?

My daughter is 46 yrs old and has been having back pain for a while that is being treated. A MRI was done of sacral region & a 32cm ovarian cyst showed up + congestive pelvis. Any idea what problem could be? She is seeing her gyn dr next week. But, I m a little nervous.

Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concern. Its not normal to have such a huge ovarian cyst. It has to be removed because it is causing pressure symptoms to the adjoing areas and orgens (congested uretus) .Get all the preoperative investigations clear and go for its removal.
