What Causes Outbreak Of Blisters On Foot And Palm?

i have these blister like on my left foot sometimes get a few on my palm they look like blisters and they are scally like when the pop lately been hurting to walk it went to a derm. and he gave me this cream called clobetasol propionate but seems like its getting worse

Welcome to HCM.
I understand your problem.
You seem to have these blisters due to some auto immune etiology. It looks like they are getting infected now.
It is not safe to use clobetasone cream alone over these blisters as it can aggravate the infection. You need to add some antibiotic ointment like betadine or fusidic acid cream.
Please consult your dermatologist for further management.
