What Causes Orange Vaginal Discharge?

I have milky orange discharge no burning or smell I just had a baby 2 months ago my hygiene is great I m not sexually active at this time what my be the problem I had BV my whole pregnancy after I had her it magically went away they did put me on meds for it while I was in labor and it just popped up tonight and I havnt gotten my period yet

Hi, I think you should go for evaluation by a gynecologist to rule out any infection. It can be due to some vaginal infection. You may need some antibiotic, orally and vaginal. Hope it helps.
