What Causes Orange Spotting, With Pain In The Vagina And White Discharge?
I m 32 weeks and 3 days pregnant, I ve been having a lot of thick white discharge that at times looks clearish but still white. Well a few days ago I noticed this slight reddish color on the toilet paper after I urinated, my pee is almost clear. Well today every time I go to the bathroom and wipe there is a reddish-orange color on the toilet paper, but again my pee is clear. I ve been having pains inside my vagina around the area where my cervix should be. What is causing this?

please consult your gynaecologist for examination and a battery of tests like hemoglobin CBC urine microscopy as well as urine culture and sensitivity test
you may require a course of antibiotics or hydrotherapy under supervision of doctor
have plenty of fluids
maintain good hygiene
