She is showing the symptoms like continuously taunting other children, back answering, talkativeness, telling lies, blaming others for her actions etc. These symptoms can be considered as normal to some extent in children but if these symptoms start impairing the day to day routine and result in effects on other family members of home then there is need to consult a psychiatrist. Please visit a psychiatrist along with her and take expert opinion. She might have Conduct disorder or ODD and both these disorders should be ruled out. For her verbal behaviour medicines like low dose antipsychotics as Risperidone or mood stabilisers as Sodium Valproate etc are used. These medicines help to control mood and result in improvement.
