What Causes Oozing Of Clear Liquid From The Toe Nail?
I walked a lot one night with the wrong sneakers and the next day my toenail hurt a few days later the part of the nail looked like it was coming up and dried so today I cut the side of it off and clear liquid just started coming out , what should I do next

It seems that there might be having nail bed infection due to constant traumatic injury on nail bed due to long walking.
Clean the part and dress it with antibiotic cream for 2-3 days.
If there is swelling, induration then go for one antibiotic medicine course for 3-5 days.
Ok and take care.
