What Causes One Sided Headaches?

I had one sided headache nearly for 15 days some time ago ( nearly 1 1/2 years) and had problem with my speech as well as the muscle on the left side of tongue had gone thin. Doctor said that the nerve near the neck is weak and got treated for the same. Post that I do not have any issues. But the tongue is still tilted but with little effort I can push my tongue straight. Is this indicating something or will this take time to cure......?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, such headache is mostly due to "Migraine" and it may not be anything else, it is kind of some functional elements playing the role for that, I would suggest to try Tab Carbamazepine 200 mg once in day, hope this information helps.
