What Causes One Sided Breast Enlargement After A Rotator Cuff Repair Surgery?

I had rotator cuff repair surgery on June 2nd. I'm 66 years old, 5'2", 195 lbs. No problems with the surgery or physical therapy but yesterday I put on a bra for the first time and the breast on the side of the surgery is significantly larger than the other. It has always been slightly larger but almost imperceptibly so. Now it is very obvious. Is this related to the surgery and will it go away?

I really appreciate your concern, what the difference you are seeing in mammary gland may not be due to surgery but it may be insignificant unless have some medical reason (Diagnosed ) just to clear the doubt it is better to get done the clinical examination hope this information helps.
