Have had MS for 14 yrs now. I have had to self cath for that entire time. Have schedule for catching and in the last two days my urine output has been about 200 from urinal. Normal is about 3 - 400. I am a quadriplegic and am not diabetic or have had no cardiac issues. Was a paramedic till paralysis in onset of MS. very acute, no symptoms until 24 hers before I became a paralyzed..worried about low urine output.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, urinary catheter is the only option you have till the condition reverse, along with this care needs to be taken for infection and also care need to be taken for changing the catheter and bladder wash hope this information helps.
