What Causes Oily Bright Orange Spots After Peeing?

I m 29 weeks pregnant, and yesterday when I used the restroom, I had oily bright orange spots in the water! And also when I wiped. The stool itself was normal colored though. I have gestional diabetes, so my diet has changed lately. I eat a lot of fruit and nuts and things like that. I ve also lost two pounds since starting this new diet. I feel good, but this really has me worried! What could it be? Should I go to the hospital? I m worried about my baby!! Please help!

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It may not indicate any problems with the pregnancy.

The presence of the coloured spots may be related to slight bleeding. Though it may not mean there is any issue with you or the baby, it would be best to visit your doctor for an assessment to confirm this.

I hope this helps
