What Causes Occasional Tingling On Face And Neck?

I am experiencing tingling which comes and goes frequently on right side of face neck and ear no weakness to speak of but concerning I am 75 but in pretty good shape started after I helped someone install gas line in fireplace which took a lot of pulling and tugging on wrench to losen any ideas

Hi. Mere tingling without weakness is not to be feared of. This looks that there may be instigation of trigeminal nerve for no obvious reason unless you are hypertensive. This should settle on its own.
