What Causes Obsessiveness In A Person Diagnosed With Bipolar Disorder?

what causes obsessiveness to a bipolsr person? is this common? my grandaughter is taking lithium. zoloft and recently viserel(sp) she is very frightened about the obessesiness and her dr prescribed the viceral for it (she was not taking the vic prior to suffering from it.

it is a psychological disorder take counseling from clinical psychologist and on his recomandation consult phychiatrist. treatment should be strictly on there advise. any change of medication their advise is to be taken.
