What Causes Numbness On One Side Of The Body?

hi i m 35 yrs. and for over 2yrs. now i have numeness down the left side of my body and i also have a lump in my thigh if i m up on my feet long enough it get bigger the last couple of weeks the right side of my face feel like electricity is flowing threw my face to the point i cant talk when it s happening

Here you need to visit a physician or neuro whom ever you have access and check what kind of lump is that. If needed you may need to do biopsy too.
If every thing about the lump is normal and still if it is troubling then go for excision surgery of it. And then about your weakness and numbness of left side body if still continue then do visit neuro and take mri scan for brain to confirm what's going on. Once that is also normal then don't worry and do some regular work out like walking and cycling and maintain good lifestyle I am sure you will feel better.
