What Causes Numbness In The Thigh Area?

Hi my age is 36 and height is 177 cms and weight approx. 75 kgs. Since a couple of weeks i am feeling some numbness in the thigh area and it is moving towards the knee and i am feeling the pain also during my walk. Is it resembles the filaria symptoms. ~pqr

Numbness can be due to nerve involvement around hip joint or joints of pelvis. You require an MRI of that area to look for the cause.
