What Causes Numbness In The Right Wrist And Cold Hand?

I have numbness in my right wrist and hand my hand goes cold I cannot lift anything and it was like that with the same sign the right leg calf muscle and I have a rash on my shoulder I m also just 34 years old but it comes and goes I don t know what it is and now it s starting on my left side and comes and goes And it is very very painful

it is a neurological problem so consult neurologist. rash in shoulder can be allergic dermatis or herpes. it should be excluded after investigation exclude diabetes and hyper tension. take tab neurobion forte one daily for onemonth.go for complete hemogram and with report consult general physician.
