General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Vascular cause like Vasculitis or other problem should be ruled out by leg colour doppler study. Investigate with CBC and ESR as well. Numbness history also present so investigate with serum B12 estimation and rule out diabetes as well. Liver and kidney profiles reports done If needed.

Hope this will help you
Consult physician for examination
