Neurologist 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You may wish to be examined by a neurologist who will examine you thoroughly and then, likely order some form of imaging study of the brain to rule out a type of ischemic lesion that could cause loss of blood to the brain temporarily resulting in some of your symptoms. Other things of a Non-neurological nature could also be responsible for the symptoms such as a metabolic or endocrinologic disturbances of some kind. But in any event getting to the bottom of what's causing your symptoms requires at least a medical examination.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
