What Causes Numbness In The Left Arm When Under Stress?

I have been stressing a lot, frustrated for awhile... I m in a relationship and it s been unstable. For about 2 weeks now, my left arm and hand has been feeling numb at the end of the day when I m settled down in bed, as well as my left leg off and on. Now my chest began to ache and I m thinking its maybe heartburn so I took a dose of pepto bismal about 15 mins ago and laying down to try to see if it ll ease the pain. I m thinking it s because of being overly agitated, frustrated, anxious, depressed, crying and getting mad with my up & down relationship and the stress at work... I m 45 years old, African American, mother of 4 (ages 11, 17, 19 & 25)...I m 5 7 about 230 lbs.
