What Causes Numbness In The Hands While On Trintellix?

I just added trintellix to my current medications and since that time I continue, especially during sleep am awakened by painful numbing of my hands and forearms. It continues spuratically throughout the day but it’s not the painful type of numbing I get st night that completely disrupts my sleep every couple to few hours
