What Causes Numbness In The Fingers And Wrists?

my fingers went numb one at a time moving from thumb to little finger then down to my palm and wrist - up one side of the finger, then down the other side them moved onto the next while remaining numb about 2 minutes each. the numbness went away in the same way. eventually all numbness is almost gone. Just one spot on the back of my wrist and base of my thumb remains slight affected.

You have problem of numbness in fingure and wrist that may be because of carpal tunnel syndrome or other reasons..
In carpal tunnel syndrome compression of medial nerve cause this type of symptoms...
Consult a doctor for clinical examination and further investigation..
Treat underline cause.
