What Causes Numbness In The Extremities, Muscle Tightness And Dizziness?

I am feeling dizzy, have loose bowels, my temperature is fluxuating, muscles feel tight, and my extremites feel kind of numb. I feel this way at least 4 times a week and the doctor I am seeing says nothing is wrong. I have eaten and I drink plenty of water daily. What could be wrong?

Hello,

As per your clinical history is concerned, please follow like this:

1) Do a clinical examination by your treating Doctor [gastroenterologist] and to confirm it do few investigations like [Tissue Transglutaminase Antibodies (tTG-IgA)] and capsule endoscopy.

2) If confirmed then consult with your Dietitian for a gluten-free diet.

3) Do take a multivitamin caps regularly with iron and B complex and drink more than [10 glasses] of water per day.

Do follow lifestyle modifications like this:

1) Read the label before taking any packed foods.

2) You can take fresh meats, fish, and poultry that aren't breaded, batter-coated or marinated, fruits, most dairy products, potatoes, vegetables, wine and distilled liquors, ciders and spirits, grains and starches which you can take include; amaranth, arrowroot, buckwheat, corn, Cornmeal.
