What Causes Numbness In The Arm And Face Along With Slurred Speech?
I am a healthy 20 year old male. 3 weeks ago I woke up with a numb right arm, the numbness then spread to the right side of my face and mouth over about 15-20mins. My speech then turned all garbled and I could not read for a couple of minutes. When I went to hospital they did all of the tests CT MRA MRI with contrast and they all came back clear. They discharged me with what they thought was a migraine but I am worried it was a TIA?

It can be a sign of TIA.
It is transient attack and may not be detected in scan.
Consult a neurologist and get evaluated.
You can opt for an MR angiogram for further assessment.
